CLF Property Investment is a partnership between CLF Building & Restoration and Integrity Projects and Management and was formally established in 2003.
CLF Building & Restoration focused on private residential and commercial construction and maintenance projects. Integrity Projects and Management focused mainly on the Project Management of private residential projects and has experience in Civil Engineering and Mining Development Projects.

ENGELHARDT BIERMAN
With 25+ years of experience in building site management of primarily residential properties, Engelhardt has proven to maintain excellent quality control over the process, the people and especially the pledged handling of materials and finances. His approach brings peace of mind to his customers by assuring them that his continuous on-site presence guarantees quality methods, tradecraft, and meticulous control.
Engelhardt joined the construction business in 1997 focusing largely on developments in the Garden Route after which he moved his enterprise to the northern provinces. Apart from residential dwellings he also supervised the building of commercial properties such as The Garden Route Eye Clinic in George and the Kluyts Furniture Showroom in Knysna.
He has excellent people skills and communicates easily with clients, professional experts (including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors), suppliers, and workers alike. In doing so he has acquired an impressive network in the industry thus ensuring that supplies can be sourced to the benefit of his clients. His pleasant nature and open approach to people make him a trustworthy partner in any building project.
He comfortably manages projects valued at R10m+ and applies similar dedication to quality and cost savings to smaller value projects.
